A one and a half hour intensive to revamp your health
I am ready to help you uncover the immediate solutions that are going to change your experience of your body and move you forward on your health journey.
The Alignment Starter Session centers around a single, one and a half hour session with me (in person or by Skype). We'll work off of a detailed intake form you submit and what I am seeing in your body when we meet. You'll receive a complete recap of our workout so you can continue daily with your fully customized program. Plus, I'll be available by email for follow up support.

How do I know if this is right for me?
If you are dissatisfied by the support (or lack thereof) you've been getting for your physical problems and want a different take, this is for you. If you are pressed for time and money, but know that you could work in a series of corrective exercises and make some lifestyle adjustments, this is for you. If you feel like you've hit some dead ends with fixing your health through reading blogs or watching videos and know you need at least one-time hands-on support, this is for you. If you are highly motivated and can take new information and run with it, this is for you.
What kind of exercises are involved? Will I be able to do them on my own after our session?
The movements we do in Restorative Exercise™ are simple (although that doesn't mean they are easy!) and they are designed to be integrated into your life as a self-practice. I'll teach you the exercises and watch how your body interprets them and give you adjustments. I'll also tell you how to use a mirror to help you be more objective or how to ask a friend or partner for help. The specific exercises vary depending on your goals.
Do you work by Skype?
Absolutely! I use a variety of virtual platforms.

When you purchase the session (below) I will follow-up to schedule.
What will I need to do to prepare?
Since this is an brief intensive, you'll need to do some legwork up front in order to maximize our time together. I'll have you submit a thorough intake form about your movement habits and health and your goals. I'll make suggestions on props to buy prior to our session or we can work with what you already have around the house.
What makes this different than a traditional personal trainer?
A traditional personal trainer is generally working out of a "fitness" paradigm that doesn't address whole body alignment and natural movement in real life. Sure, you'll see some benefit. But, honestly, you'd be just as likely to see an increase in problems. After all, there's no sense in taking your malalignments and loading them with repetition. Change has to come from the ground up.
