Jumpstarting Resilience One (Free) Class at a Time

Want a little taste of what The Resilient Body is all about and come away with a handful of new movements to help improve your health and well-being? You've come to the right place!

Free, virtual classes are now being offered the second Monday of every month at 3 p.m. ET. Can't make it live or want to watch again in order to cement your learning? The recording will be available to you for an entire week!

All classes listed are at 3 p.m. Eastern Time. Click here for a time zone conversion.
