Introduction

I'm so happy to welcome you to this December journey. We'll be digging in deep this month, and I want to get you started right away. To help orient you, I've made a few videos to kick us off.

Two Movement Practices

 Before you dive into the content, I'd like for you to take a few minutes to work through some questions. You may keep them to yourself or come share in the Facebook group.

  • When and where am I going to do the work for this program?

  • What can I expect will try to get in my way?

  • How can I account for that so it is less likely to happen?

  • What am I hoping will happen over the course of this month?

  • What am I afraid might happen?

The clearer you are about YOUR what and why and how, the more likely you are to actually do what you've set out to do here, which I assume is your intention!

Then do some movement exploration in the second video. When you are done, I encourage you to come share in the Facebook group. And then move onto the final live call and the accompanying document to help you set your intentions for this New Year! (Note, you can use mine as an example.)
