Thanks for all you are doing. You are unique and extra special, a treasure in your specialty of body awareness and joyfully strengthening ourselves.

I love embodied essentials!! Just what I needed in my life. You rock, Jennifer. I think this is one of my favourite offerings of yours because sometimes a course can feel like too much or another should but these little tools are perfect.

I wanted to share with you my recent birthing experience, which was a short 6 hours of birthing time at home that couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I credit your resilient life class with helping me have the birth I wanted for my second babe (following a 45 hour labor with my first babe). My body was in the best “shape” than it has ever been, I didn’t waddle, used my body and muscles in the right way (mostly!), and trusted my body more than ever.

Working with Jennifer in the online coaching format was a deeply satisfying experience. I went in, not sure if the Zoom format would feel intimate enough to produce the kind of connection I was yearning for and found that it was more than able to provide the space for that quality of relationship to develop. Jennifer is highly skilled at shaping a container that is safe for exploration of those things that we hold very close to our hearts and might be reluctant to bring forth with speech. She takes that vulnerability and with careful queries and thoughtful silences allows for the development of action steps that moved me forward. This experience with my fellow coaching members was instrumental to me in a year that saw the sale of my business, the return home of my 34 year old son, and the move across the country to care for my father as he approaches 90. Being able to unpack and examine those decisions with a group of women who had no particular investment in any of those events was a gift to myself in the midst of a great transition.

As soon as I saw a Move Your DNA weekend was available in my area I enrolled. Our class was small and intimate and Jennifer was able to spend a lot of individual time with each participant. I was familiar with the exercises but Jennifer taught us the subtle nuances of all the exercises in “Move Your DNA” to make the work more effective. After the first day of the class my whole body felt subtly invigorated! As a physical therapist I draw on Katy Bowman’s work to help my clients and this class has helped me use her work more effectively. I highly recommend this class.

I have tremendous respect for you as a teacher and as a person. I strongly believe that it’s the love and generosity in your heart that shines through in your courses. I have always felt well taken care of through your programs. I Love You.

You are such an amazing facilitator! I mean who wouldn’t want to jump on board with you. HBM was amazing and I am going to take the next few months to really go back and look at the gaps and the places I resisted...I have lots to learn there yet as well.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for I truly have found a group of amazing women in HBM.

Move your DNA was a great way to reconstruct old habits that are creating repetitive use injuries. The workshop was designed to really give you one on one attention to better understand and experience proper alignment. Jennifer was a fabulous teacher with great expertise and a wealth of experience. The pace of the workshop was great and we were able to ask questions and learn from other students in class as well. She had all the necessary props and was ready to roll! You can’t beat the location of Santa Fe, NM. I left with all kinds of new tools and actually learned to walk properly!
— Haley, Texas

HeartBody Santa Fe was a one of a kind experience. I felt deeply seen and supported, not only by Jen, but by all the attendees. Jen created a safe space to not only explore our bodies through movement, but she allowed us to check-in with our bodies to hear the inner workings of our hearts and minds. This experience was nourishing and deeply reflective, but coupled with so much fun (dance parties)! My favorite experience was sitting on atop the hills of Santa Fe, and reflecting back the beauty we saw in one another through our words. Overtime, I may forget what words were spoken, but I will always remember how it felt and the beautiful people I shared that experience with. This retreat fed my body, my soul, my heart and my belly (with amazing food, that was catered to each individuals dietary needs); here with Jen, and these women, I felt true acceptance and true belonging!

Jen is open, honest, and deeply and intuitively supportive. She shares her heart and her own processes in the exploration of her body’s limits, freedoms, and triumphs. Through her own vulnerabilities and seeking a supportive team of people to come alongside her, she has helped me give myself permission to find the methods and practitioners I need in so many areas of my life. I recently told Jennifer that Nutritious Movement® gave me my life back. But, she is teaching me how to live it.

At this writing, I have completed two courses with Jennifer Gleeson Blue and will soon embark on my third. After having been exposed to Jen’s work through some offerings she did through Facebook, I knew that “Heart Body Method” was for me. I had been a follower and practicer of Nutritious Movement® for a few years but I wanted more. Jennifer’s approach in connecting the heart to movement is an amazing process. I needed to get in touch with the emotional connection to my body, my chronic pain, my limitations, and my entire movement journey. Two months with “Heart Body Method” gave me that connection. I found that I wanted to go even further so I dived deep with Jen through her “Restore Your Wild” course. Those five months were life-changing, world changing, and at 56 years old, I have gained more knowledge of myself than I never ever knew existed. The group setting of Jen’s courses has been a critical part of my exploration. The online interactions with other women seeking their own transformations as we come together face-to-face each month have provided the safety and support I needed as I’ve explored new territory in my inner world. With boundless love, we witness one another’s journeys and share our deepest moments of awakening. As the courses come to a close, we find that we long for one another’s company so we have maintained our relationships and continue to connect as we can. I believe that women need to restore the practice of community. Jennifer’s courses provide the space for filling the void of this necessary connection, especially given the climate in which we currently find ourselves. I am forever changed, forever grateful, and I look forward to my next chapter with Jennifer and her work and the women I’ll encounter in this upcoming leg of my journey.

I’ve completed two live rounds of HeartBody Method. In round two Jen made it so much easier to connect with other members by providing group sessions for all of us and smaller heart circle groups. These groups put faces to names, helped us know we were not the only one who still stumbled over the simplest stretches and gave us space to laugh at ourselves and with one another. Often what came out in group time was more the emotional responses to life in these bodies than the details of correcting the physical —- there was mutual help for both. Sometimes the tears would flow as the arms of others opened wide to receive us just as we were - “tight” hamstrings and all.
— Sharon, Iowa

We are scattered all over this country and others. When talk came up of a possible in person retreat for the participants of the first two rounds of HeartBody Method, I began to both dream and to fear due to physical restrictions of distance and chronic pain. As we dialogued in Facebook, no less than three others offered to help me to get there by driving with me part way. The overwhelming love of these women, who I have never met “in real life” has me doing more dreaming than fearing. It is a whole lot easier to hug in real life!
— Sharon, Iowa

I’ve loved connecting with my fellow travelers on this path, getting to know them beyond the message board, witnessing them exactly where they are, holding space for their experiences - successes and struggles alike - and being in support of them, even from afar.

I’ve been profoundly moved by each of them and what they’ve shared. I’ve been wowed and humbled by their insights, innate wisdom, and unique gifts. In turn, they’ve graced me with the same warmth and consideration of my explorations. They even ushered me through an existential crisis! I’m super grateful for this group and how they’ve confirmed how we are all in this together.

Thank you, Jen for making this a possibility. It was beyond amazing to witness the magic that happens when women discover themselves through movement.
— Dawn, Seattle

Jen’s work has been a huge ‘game changer’ for me. She has created a safe, non-judgmental, encouraging space - a space that gently invites her students to explore not only nutritiously moving our bodies but to explore our hearts at the same time and to learn to be integrated head to heart to toe, insides and outsides. She supports us while we struggle with how to do a stretch with wrists that resist. She listens with her whole being and takes time to sit a moment with the needs we present before suggesting what she thinks may help us most. She gently probes deeper to help us discover the pieces that might be hiding that create the challenges we face. She and fellow class members have encouraged me to explore letting go of perfectionistic tendencies and to gather myself up and out of a distracted, disjointed, analytical, paralyzed heap to enter a world of freedom where I feel safe to explore not only movement but who I am and who I want to become. I’ve listened to a lot of messages and read a lot of blogs. I’ve read piles of books. I’ve hired help of varying types over the years. But never have I found so much value in one person who has been given the ability to create a place of safety at the same time as gently challenging me to grow and who also brings great knowledge and skills to the same table at which she lays her own heart - offering all she is in order to help us. She’s helped me to wrestle my own demands of myself to the ground and transform those demands into dreams. She’s given me hope and focus and gentleness and love along with enthusiasm and cheerfulness and joy. So, if you have been following her work but have resisted signing up for her courses for whatever reasons - take time to reconsider what she offers - you may find she is a perfect fit for you too.

Just being in Jennifer’s presence and hearing her speak about natural movement, I’m in awe of her knowledge and ability to get me to see regular movement in a completely new way. I go off the beaten track almost daily now, I run slog the sand with my toddler with a new purpose, I find trees to climb and do it with the intent of waking up dormant parts of my body... Just knowing the biomechanics makes me want to do it, but the spiritual connectedness is one of the best effects.
— Jana Kingsford, Australia

I just finished my five months of Restore Your Wild. It was a very deep and transformative five months. As usual, Jen addresses both body and mind in this course. Some of the body work is crazy intense. I would say a higher level than your regular Restorative Exercise bolster angels and calf stretches. The mind work is equally advanced. You get to look at many aspects of your whole life including your community, creativity, work, etc. and assess to see where you can bring in more wildness. The exercises such as “getting dirty” are very eye opening on where and how we resist the wildness/change. Thanks to her and RYW, I let go of a lot of bullshit beliefs, released guilt and shame, and faced many fears. I got stronger physically and mentally. Fear and shame do not rule my life anymore and that is what makes me more WILD. Jen can help anyone become more wild in whatever ways wild means to you.
