5 Steps to Reconnecting With Your Pelvis

Maybe you grew up having a deep understanding of what your pelvis needs to stay healthy.

Maybe you grew up having deep access to your pleasure.

Maybe you grew up feeling the power of your creativity.

Or maybe not.

Almost EVERYONE I work with has something going on in the pelvis. It can be the bigger injuries (like prolapse) or the really frustrating inconveniences (like sneeze pee) or the everyday disappointments (like not orgasming).

Often there’s fear, anger, resentment and shame. At the very least, there’s a general disconnect.

As I say in the video, birth trauma got my attention. It was the thing that awakened me to the fact that I wasn’t at home in my pelvis. (And, of course, it made it even harder to BE at home.)
