Sneeze pee? Pelvic pain? Lack of orgasm? Prolapse?

Dealing with problems in the pelvis is a big deal. It can bring up big feelings and there is a lot of confusing information out there. I always recommend a holistic approach to addressing the pelvic floor, ranging from exercise to everyday movement changes to deep inner work to ritual to outside support.

And yes, sometimes more extreme measures (like surgery for severe prolapse) are required, but there’s so much that can be done to prevent, fix and alleviate pelvic problems that I highly recommend you start here.
